4. Service-Specific Terms
4.1 Music Engraving Services
- Project pricing is determined on a case-by-case basis after initial consultation
- Payment is required only after work has been completed
- Revision rounds are included as specified in the project agreement
- Delivery is made in PDF and/or printed format unless otherwise agreed
4.2 On-Site Recording Services
- Pricing is project-based and determined after consultation
- All projects include post-production (editing, mixing, mastering)
- Payment terms are specified in the project agreement
- Finished files are delivered in WAV, MP3 or DDP
4.3 Web Design Services
- Project scope and pricing are established through consultation
- Deliverables and timelines are specified in the project agreement
- Payment milestones are agreed upon before project commencement
5. Online Shop Terms
5.1 Orders
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order
- Prices are in Euros and include VAT where applicable
- Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible but may vary slightly
5.2 Payment
- Payment is processed through an invoice/invoices or payment links sent to you by email.
- Payment must be received before orders are shipped
5.3 Shipping
- Shipping costs and delivery times are displayed at checkout
- We ship to addresses within Belgium and the EU
- Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery
