Introduction
This Return Policy applies to products purchased through the Linea Sonoris online shop. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
14-Day Withdrawal Right (EU Consumer Law)
As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive).
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date on which you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) receives the goods.
How to Exercise Your Withdrawal Right
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement to:

"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale for the following goods:

- Ordered on: [date]
- Received on: [date]

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, products must:
- Be in the same condition as when you received them
- Be unused and in their original packaging
- Include all accessories and documentation that came with the product
- Be returned within 14 days of receiving the goods
Return Shipping
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Risk of loss during return shipment remains with you until we receive the goods
- Please package items securely to prevent damage during transit
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will send you an email to confirm receipt of the returned item
- We will refund the full purchase price, including standard delivery charges
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- Provide your order number and photos of the damage/defect
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized products created to your specifications
- Items that have been used or are no longer in their original condition
- Items returned more than 14 days after receipt
Cancellations Before Shipping
If you wish to cancel your order before it ships:

- Provide your order number
- If we haven't shipped your order yet, we'll cancel it and provide a full refund
